We probably all have asked this question- "When will this all be over?" The realistic answer is, no one knows, but, life has to keep advancing through change and difficulty. If history has taught us anything about pandemics, wars, and chaos it is that we still can get back up and accomplish great things no matter what happens.
The coronavirus has taught and is continuing to teach us, a few things outside of illness prevention and that is that the people in our lives matter, our dreams are precious and it's important to stay resilient and adaptable.
Nationwide and at some level businesses, retailers, daycares, and all others are starting to take steps during the COVID crisis to reopen and ready to walk out of this storm with a new mindset. After weeks of staying home, Ohioans will soon be able to return to some normalcy as the state begins to reopen this week, and starting May 11, 2020, business reopening’s will be allowed to take place in 89 of Tennessee's 95 counties. Illinois and Pennsylvania are also working towards reopening but with a return to a different and more resilient state in mind.
At the core of Crescent is a Get Stuff Done mentality that says that no matter what, we will find a way to move forward.
With safety, wellbeing, and your success in mind, Crescent would like to remind you to take some steps forward in your goals and aspirations as we get back to "normal" and create a "new normal" for a better world.

Even with COVID-19, Crescent was able to open up its new Memphis, TN location, recruit new Crescent team members, develop and implement a PTO donation policy, integrate new software and tools as well as invest in our People's future through the Reflected Best Self Program, Cohen Coaching, Progressive Leadership clinic and more. We are not stopping, and neither should you!
